Glasgow high court found Lee Milne, from Dundee, guilty of the culpable homicide of Kimberly Milne, 28A man has been convicted of killing his wife after she took her own life following a campaign of domestic abuse, in what is the first prosecution of its kind in Scotland.Kimberly Milne, 28, died after jumping from a motorway bridge in July 2023.
