Four children among dead as restrictions on evacuations put in place days after reopening of crossing to EgyptIsraeli tank shelling and airstrikes have killed at least 21 people, including six children and seven women, in Gaza, and Israel has halted the evacuation of patients through the Rafah border crossing just two days after it reopened.Among those killed was a medic who rushed to the scene to assist the wounded, but was then killed by a second strike on the same location in the southern city of Khan Younis.
